Our Team
We love problem-solving. That’s what brought us together, and it’s what keeps us going. We put our professional experience in public accounting, software integrations, commercial real estate, and corporate sales to work as we first serve physicians. By linking arms with the physicians on our Board of Advisors, we see the needs of physicians clearly and work to meet those needs for the joy of seeing physicians fulfilled, patients healed, and primary care restored.
David Curlin
Co-Founder
The son, grandson, great-grandson, and nephew of physicians, David has a deep respect for medicine and an awareness of the challenges facing physicians. Before co-founding CCH Partners, David was a CPA and spent time in both audit and tax. He studied accounting and philosophy while a Stamps scholar at the University of South Carolina’s Honors College and enjoys blending his passions for business and ethics at CCH Partners. When he’s not working, David is spending time with family and friends, working out, playing the guitar, reading, hunting, and participating in his parish community.
Andrew Hilts
Co-Founder
Andrew has a deep love for efficiency and practicality and an awareness of institutions’ proclivity for producing waste. Before co-founding CCH Partners, Andrew was a software integrations consultant and commercial real estate project coordinator. He studied mathematics and economics at the University of South Carolina Honors College and enjoys blending his passions for reducing waste and creating clarity at CCH Partners. When he’s not working, Andrew is spending time with his wife and family and friends, playing disc golf or pickup basketball, expanding his knowledge of useful and useless facts, serving at a local ministry, and leading a community group with his wife at their church.
Paschal Curlin
Co-Founder
Paschal has a deep love for adventure and an awareness of institutions’ tendency to suppress creative solutions in the name of managing risk. Paschal currently works in corporate sales, giving invaluable time to CCH Partners as needed. He studied professional sales while in ROTC at Baylor University and enjoys blending his passions for creative problem solving and promoting others’ success at CCH Partners. When he’s not working, Paschal is spending time with his family and friends, working out, traveling, staying abreast of politics, reading, journaling, and participating in his church.
